We first understand your project remotely. Once the initial proposal fits, we move on to measuring, confirming materials and preparing a well-planned installation.
Send us general photos, approximate measurements, location and what you would like to change on WhatsApp. This gives us enough context to understand the space without wasting your time.
We prepare an initial view of the layout, range, materials and budget. If the proposal works for you, we move on to the technical visit.
One of our professionals takes final measurements, checks the existing installations, brings samples and agrees materials, finishes and design details with you.
The visit is charged, but the cost is deducted from the final project price if we carry out the work.
With the confirmed measurements we finalise the design and quote. Our aim is to stay within the agreed amount; it is only revised if you request additional changes or if installation requirements arise that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.
Once the design is confirmed, we request a proportional payment on account so we can order the materials. When everything has arrived at our warehouse, we check the materials and coordinate the installation date, access and any required permits.
We coordinate the installation and the agreed works. A standard kitchen usually takes 3 to 5 working days to install, depending on complexity; projects involving more building work may take longer.
